2024-2025 Cougar Cruise 

7th Grade  Monday, July 29th 5-7 p.m.

6th & 8th Grade Tuesday, July 30th 5-7 p.m.

1. Register online in Skyward for the new school year. 

Online Skyward registration is required for ALL returning students. Save time and complete registration before you attend Cougar 
Cruise. Computers will be available those evenings if you are unable to complete this step at home.

2. Required forms to turn in during Cougar Cruise:

Student Health Form       Spanish Version

Residency Form                      Spanish Version

3. Documentation you must bring with you.

Failure to bring this documentation will result in a delay in the registration process.

• Photo ID  (Parent/guardian state-issued driver's license/ID card OR passport/passport card)
• TWO (2) Proofs of Residency 
• Immunization Documentation or Exemption Documentation (7th grade and/or students new to TN only)
• Physical Exam (students new to TN only)
• Certified Birth Certificate of Student (photocopy not accepted) (new students only)

**7th Grade Students must have their 7th grade immunization update to complete the registration process .
